How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Ceiga account yourself in the application. Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
30-Day Schedule
After you confirm a deletion request, your account is not deleted immediately. Deletion is scheduled for 30 days from the moment the process begins.
During this time, the account remains marked for deletion in accordance with the rules described in the Privacy Policy and Ceiga Terms of Service.
Cancelling Deletion
If you log back into Ceiga within 30 days of scheduling deletion, your account deletion request will be automatically cancelled.
Your account will remain active unless you start the deletion process again.
Permanent Deletion
After 30 days without cancelling the request, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted to the extent technically possible and in compliance with applicable law.
Data Retained After Deletion
Certain information may be retained for a limited time if required to:
- ensure platform and user safety,
- prevent fraud and abuse,
- conduct investigations into rule or safety violations,
- fulfill legal obligations.
