Ceiga Shop Rules

1. Ceiga's role

Ceiga provides Page Shops as a technical platform. Ceiga is not the seller of user-listed products and does not receive purchase funds or arrange delivery.

2. Permitted and prohibited products

Sellers may list only lawful products with accurate descriptions and relevant photos. Illegal or misleading offers are prohibited.

3. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for listings, prices, stock, payment details, delivery information, fulfilment, truthful non-payment reports, and direct communication with buyers when issues arise.

4. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must review the offer before ordering, only mark an order paid after sending payment, and contact the seller directly when an issue arises.

5. Order and payment issues

Buyers and sellers resolve payment, fulfilment, and return issues directly with each other using messages and the structured order and return workflow available in Page Shops.

Ceiga is not a transaction arbiter, does not decide who should receive funds, and does not issue financial decisions between the parties.

6. Moderation and appeals

Only Ceiga moderation or authorized administrators may impose restrictions. Appeals are available.
